Fictional was a TCG that combined a crazy high amount of card collecting with a fantasy-themed TCG structure.

Critical Hit had an even deeper fantasy structure than Fictional, with all the standard RPG elements you can think of. Leveling up, acquiring skills and equipment are dungeon crawling are just some of the examples of what the TCG was about. Too bad it died, since the TCG structure was very, very good.

Otakuno was, well, it never was actually... XD I preregistered for it and got accepted, but it never opened... It promised to be an animanga TCG with Monopoly elements, but that idea got scrapped. After that, things got quiet...

Synthesis was a Final Fantasy TCG that might just have been the best TCG I ever played. Absolutely filled to the brim with all manner of games and activities, you could be sure there always was something to surprise you and keep you busy. It's very sorely missed.
*Update: Synthesis is officially on hiatus it seems, so I put my card pages back up on the front page. Fingers crossed for it's return! ^_^
